School Meals

We offer hot lunches cooked in our own school kitchen by Educaterers. Each meal costs £2.90. Our weekly menus can be viewed below.

There are four main choices: a meat and vegetarian option plus the option of a jacket potato with various fillings or a packed lunch including a filled roll. All meals come with a dessert and drink.

Free School Meals

Reception, Year 1 and 2

Pupils in Saplings, Ash and Beech classes are eligible for Universal Infant Free School Meals. If you think you qualify for benefits related Free School Meals, we recommend that you still apply. This will mean school does not miss out on important funding. It may also mean your child will continue to receive free meals after the end of Year 2.

Other school years

If you receive a qualifying benefit, free school meals are available for:

• pupils at any school maintained by the authority (including a sixth form attached to a maintained school);
• pupils attending maintained nurseries, as long as they are attending before and after lunch. Free school meals are not available to children attending private nurseries.
